Room Reservations
All reservations must be made with Edith Shelton, Event Planning Manager. She can be reached at 277-7879, or by email at
eshelton@unm.edu.
- Members may, at no charge, book a conference room for a 2-hour block of time during regular business hours
- For reservations exceeding 2 hours, members must pay a fee of $20 for each additional 2-hour block
- Non-members may. for a $35 fee, book a conference room for a 2-hour block
- Members may book Room 106 at any time during the week, except for the lunch period (11-1:30pm) each weekday and Friday afternoons (4-7), which is reserved for full-Club activities. Such booking is subject to the other booking requirements and costs, if any. However, members and groups must be aware that since this Room has access to the patio, patrons not in your group may be able to use that access when using the club. So, there may be people who need to walk through this Room to get access to the patio. FSCA Board, October 5, 2007.
